Our client is a well-known group of restaurant chains who have been operating since 1957. They now require a suitable candidate for the position of Human Resources & Administration Manager.
- Managing all HR & General Administration functions, such as compensation & benefits, employee relations, training budgets, recruitment, security guard and maid services and all other General HR & General Administration affairs.
- Developing and improving HR Systems and activities, such as creating organization development plans in line with company policies.
- Formulating and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
- Assessing the organization’s culture, implementing people practices and strategies to maintain an environment where employee satisfaction and employee performance is high.
- Male or female.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, HRD or a related field.
- At least 8 years’ experience in HR & General Administration.
- Previous experience in a retail, F&B or hospitality business is critical.
- Good interpersonal skills, a mature and positive attitude.
- Pleasant personality.
- Self-motivated and achievement-oriented.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations Management.
- Able to work well under pressure.
