Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proposing, planning, organizing, directing and controlling Lean Manufacturing activities.
  • Conducting training relating to Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Proposing and conducting factory change management activities.
  • Coordinating with other department to implement Lean Manufacturing activities.
  • Managing day to day activities relating to project responsibilities and objectives.
  • Providing methodological support to the organization relating to implementing company principles.
  • Defining and promoting best practices and company standards.
  • Reviewing all work instructions and inspection documents related to Lean Manufacturing activities.
  • Proposing line lay out changes to minimize waste.
  • Implementing processes that maximize productivity and extends the life span of equipment and machinery.
  • Managing manufacturing performance and supporting operation improvement activities.
  • Initiating ideas for cost saving projects.
  • Coordinating with various teams to successfully reduce costs in accordance with company targets and objectives.
  • Facilitating continuous process improvements in accordance with company culture.
  • Controlling newly established projects to enable smooth running and effective and timely completion.
  • Reporting to the Operation Manager.
  • Making independent judgements regarding any associated issues.
  • Stopping Production if necessary to correct quality problems.
  • Handling production process improvements, estimating and updating standard time to enhance production efficiency and support Toyota Production Systems (TPS).

Qualifications:

  • Thai male/female aged 29 years old or above.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or an equivalent.
  • Practical English skills.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Lean Master / Black Belt Certificate will be a plus.
  • Working experience in Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 requirements, Internal Audits, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC and FMEA.
  • Experience in project realization.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Flexible & friendly.
