Job Description

PRTR technical is looking to speak with a IT Customer Manager who would love to work with an international managed service provider located in the heart of Bangkok.  Our client is looking for someone who will the interlink between the technical team and the end client making sure they are providing an excellent service to the customer.

As the IT Customer Manager you will have exceptional stakeholder management skills as you will be working with many users in an enterprise organization, managing the IT service provided to the client. You will have come from a technical background and progressed into a technical business facing role so good communications skills are important whilst good overall knowledge of IT infrastructure.

As the IT Customer Manager you will have:

  • IT Management experience
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Overall technical knowledge around IT (Servers, networks, IT Support / Outsourcing)
  • Experience of working to strict SLA’s
  • Strong communication skills (English / Thai)
