The client is a very well-known shipping company with international environment and modern office establish in the business district in Bangkok. To support their overall IT business plan, the company is looking for high-caliber professional to effectively run their IT systems within their branches in Thailand.
- Have an understanding and able to maintain, solve problems on support issues.
- Monitor all operational procedures and manage all services to meet SLAs and work within Policy.
- Lead & manage a service desk / IT admin team.
- Work with stakeholders to solve a problems and maintain IT Infrastructure, Network and IT equipment.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience especially in support, network and Infrastructure
- Understand and experiences internal and external vendor management
- Excellent command of English & Thai
- Able to travel countrywide
