Job Description

PRTR technical is looking to speak with a IT Support Manager who would love to work with an international company located in the heart of Bangkok Our client is looking for someone who would be able to work, stabilize the IT standard and keep everything run smoothly.

As the IT Support Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading two teams across IT Help desk & Desktop supportThis will be centered around networks, infrastructureWe are looking for a well-rounded IT Support Team Manager who has great communication skills in both English & Thai as it is an international working culture.

As the IT SupportManager you will have:

  • Strong experience of leading a large Helpdesk & Desktop support role
  • Had experience of working and managing a team of IT Support agents
  • Exceptional customer service skills to meet the IT SLA’s within the company.
  • Be able to liaise with 1st to 3rd line teams to create an effective ticketing process.
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written
  • Worked in an ITIL environment (Desirable)
