  • Being responsible for legal management functions for all affiliated companies who manage marine logistics and land logistics.
  • Overseeing all legal activities of the company (maritime law, contracts, legal advice, compliance, lawsuits, official registrations and legal documentation).
  • Providing guidance and counselling regarding a broad range of corporate, commercial and legal issues. 
  • Supporting business units with legal strategies in order to minimise legal and commercial risks, and contributing to business efficiency. 
  • Reviewing, drafting and revising contracts/agreements and any other legal documents that support commercial transactions. 
  • Ensuring the group’s continual compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Reviewing related government regulations affecting the company and ensuring that the company is in compliance with all regulations.    
  • Consulting with corporate attorneys regarding difficult legal compliance issues.
  • Providing consulting, advice and suggestions related to risk management matters to other divisions.
  • Preparing reports for the management regarding risks or other issues.
  • Controlling, monitoring, managing and reporting on legal outsource activities.
  • Providing advice and guidance on all legal matters and performing various tasks related to any other legal matters for the company. 


  • Male / female, Thai national, aged 35 – 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law or related fields.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in corporate legal management functions which must include leadership and managerial roles.
  • Prefer experience in a listed company or an organisation that has many affiliated companies or experience in handling various types of industries.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Must be knowledgeable on maritime laws or related.
  • Possessing strong connections with people in the courts and legal businesses.
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be reliable with strong management and leadership skills.
  • Adaptable, logical mind, fast learner and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, problem solver and able to perform well under pressure in tough situations.
