Job Description


  • Being responsible for the overall operation, direction, and supervisory duties of the Maintenance Department.
  • Developing a Total Productive Maintenance program, Preventive Maintenance program and SMED activities that meet the performance goals.
  • Establishing and maintaining the CMMS program and spare parts list.
  • Overseeing the installation of various equipment, commissioning and complete customer sign-off process.
  • Establishing an inventory system for equipment spare parts that meets the needs of the Plant, complete with order points, part specifications and cost controls.
  • Establishing, implementing and maintaining a maintenance budget for expendable items and outside contracted services for the facility. Working towards reducing maintenance costs on an annual basis.
  • Developing an information system to measure the success of the Maintenance team through trend analysis, and, categorizing these trends.
  • Recording trend analysis of production line equipment, identifying high maintenance items, and, determining the causes of equipment failures through analysis.
  • Leading the continuous improvement activities of the Maintenance team for reducing maintenance downtime and optimizing the statistical capability of process equipment currently monitored by the Engineering team.
  • Forecasting and developing a supplier base for maintenance department expendables and for subcontracted services, and, developing a supplier base that can react to the needs of the Plant to minimize downtime in emergency situations based on using lead-times and delivery schedules.
  • Performing various maintenance tasks such as interfacing with the Engineering team and reacting to urgent requests that could impact production. Prioritizing maintenance requests; distributing daily job assignments, reviewing maintenance logs and the daily supervisory responsibilities of the Maintenance team.
  • Coordinating activities of contractors performing work on-site within the plant.
  • Developing maintenance procedures compliant with all health, safety and environmental regulatory guidelines.
  • Developing and maintaining PFMEA procedures as they relate to maintenance requirements and documentation. Reviewing all RPN numbers higher than 100 and setting corrective actions.
  • Leading and participating in team activities to continuously improve plant performance goals to achieve outstanding performance levels
  • Developing and maintaining IATF 16949, ISO14001, and OHAS18001’s procedures as they relate to the Maintenance requirements and associated documentation.


  • Male aged over 38 -45 years old, Thai nationality.
  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 to 10 years manufacturing experience in automotive is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross functional environment with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
