Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining existing clients relationships
  • Developing new business and managing client relationships
  • Coordinating with the management team to achieve the company’s goal.
  • Proposing a plan and managing team to follow the plan in order to achieve the company’s goal.
  • Reporting to the management and working as assigned by company or management
  • Conducting both consumer and media research
  • Coordinating with various domestic and international research agencies
  • Managing day-to-day projects on activation
  • Reviewing the analyzed research data and providing analytical reports to clients
  • Maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of market research projects and analyses
  • Managing a team of staff to maximize their potential in both research and client services
  • Managing resources to complete a research project


  • Male-female, Thai nationality
  • At least 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of market research experience in a research agency or involving consumer products.
  • Have experience of quantitative or qualitative research.
  • Creative thinking ability with strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
  • A strategic influencer and team player
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with deadline commitments
  • Possess initiative and the ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
  • Energetic, self-motivated and success driven
  • Able to build strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Power Point (SPSS is preferable)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
