Our client is a luxury villa and resort operator. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the position of Marketing and Guest Services Manager.
- Being responsible for marketing strategies, business planning, brand positioning, marketing communications and brand PR.
- Initiating new opportunities to support the sales team in order to increase walk-in sales and online sales volume.
- Preparing marketing budgets.
- Developing complete marketing plans and measurement metrics in alignment with the campaign’s business objectives.
- Developing digital marketing such as website, Facebook, or other online channel and reviewing performance.
- Dealing with an agent.
- Coordinating the activities of the front desk, guest relations, concierge, call center, business centre and spa teams.
- Being responsible for providing guests with quality service, maximising room revenue and productivity while developing managers and employees.
- Being responsible for the department's annual budget.
- Reviewing the budget and completing variance reports for any unexpected expenses.
- Maintaining operating criteria/spa concepts and being responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all spa related services consistent with policies, philosophy and objectives of the spa.
- Male or female only, Thai or Chinese national, aged 28-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the marketing of luxury villa, hotel or resort.
- Able to communicate in Chinese language (Mandarin) is a must.
- Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing.
- Very good presentation and interpersonal skills.
