  • Being responsible for overall aspects of marketing functions and focusing on brand management, product marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Developing and operating annual marketing and sales strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
  • Analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
  • Initiating quality objectives, performance standards and priorities that are implemented and monitored across the company with respect to Marketing.
  • Leading with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the organization’s short and long-term goals.
  • Developing and executing a winning marketing plan and go-to-market strategy for new and existing product lines.
  • Monitoring social media and website branding.
  • Collecting and analysing market research, customer research and competitive analyses.
  • Leveraging customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies.
  • Proposing projects that will increase market share or create new categories of applications.
  • Calculating and making critical time-to-market versus new feature trade-off decisions.
  • Constantly monitoring the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, aged not over 45 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administrations or related field.
  • At least 15 years’ experience regarding a full range of marketing and sales management functions in FMCG, food and beverage, healthcare and supplement manufacturing companies.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in marketing, sales and business (competitive) strategy.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, initiative, customer focused and proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion on time.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
