Company Background:

Our client specialises in the trading of automotive parts and vehicle servicing. They are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to apply for the position of Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for marketing activities; above and below the line.
  • Overseeing trade marketing and branding.
  • Developing sales campaigns and promotion activities.
  • Providing vision, mission, goals and strategies.
  • Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leading creative development and creating motivating stimulus to get targeted populations to “take action”.
  • Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals.
  • Coaching the team and getting the best from everyone.
  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Initiating and implementing marketing programs to increase sales revenue.
  • Monitoring the market situation and consumer trends as well as observing sales volume in order to develop existing marketing programs.
  • Ensuring campaign visibility.
  • Analyzing how the brand is positioned in the market and crystallising targeted consumers’ insights.

Qualifications:

  • Female.
  • Thai nationality, age 28-35 years old.
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Previous supervisory experience in above and below the line marketing, brand management and trade marketing.
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in marketing.
  • Previous experience in a retail business would be advantage.
  • Strong background with proven achievements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Creative, opened minded and self-motivated.
  • Good command of English.
