Our client is a leading vision care distributor in Thailand. Due to its continued success and growth within the region, it is now seeking a Sales Manager to drive its fast-growing team.
- Achieving sales targets for responsible areas
- Being responsible for business expansion and client relationship development.
- Demonstrating products and providing technical knowledge and product training to both clients and sales personnel.
- Managing, overseeing, coaching and motivating a team of sales personnel to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Determining pricing and profit margins for products entering the market.
- Coordinating tasks involving budgets, forecasts and reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry.
- Having proven sales management experience, ideally in a scientific products manufacturing and trading company.
- Possessing an excellent commercial understanding with strong connections in the industry especially with universities and scientific institutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
