Job Description


Our client is a large European automotive company whose main products are luxury cars. They are now expanding their product lines and seeking a well-organised and highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Network Development Officer. 

Job Description: 

  • Market Management and Investment Management
  • Establish dealer standards and indicators for the Thailand market.
  • Develop network capacity of market to ensure sufficient capacity in order to cater for business growth & customer requirements.
  • Establish retail performance program – including monitoring and rewards design
  • Provide consultancy services and update the dealers on initiatives and changes.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance through regular reporting and assessment.
  • Identify and provide solutions to close gaps and reach the KPIs.
  • Facility Planning and Management

  • Coordinate with dealer principal and operational teams in the development of new dealer facilities or existing outlets to support commercial vehicle sales and after-sales activities
  • Steer and constantly monitor developments including comparisons with other similar franchises
  • Manage and provide consultation to the dealers on infrastructure development and enhancement.
  • Provide assistance on corporate identity and corporate design issues
  • Contracts Management and Monitoring
  • Ensure due diligence relating to risk management.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant, valid, maintained and updated in line with company policies and requirements.
  • Monitor and track development projects in accordance with the contract and audit standards
  • Business Planning & Development
  • Contribute in OP planning for the markets.
  • Conduct feasibility study for new projects.
  • Assist in formulating business strategies to support the OP plan & KPIs.
  • Carry out regular dealer performance reviews.
  • Carry out dealer assessment on target fulfilment as part of possible bonus computation.
  • Provide assistance on corporate identity and corporate design issues 


  • Male or female, aged between 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in in Business Management with Finance and/or Sales & Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related job field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry (commercial vehicle) is highly preferred and some networking experience also preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skill and a team spirit.
  • Good analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Highly motivated independent worker requiring minimum guidance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies and risk management analysis.
