Company Background:

Our client is a start-up Food Tech company that provides consumers with their favorite groceries via mobile phone and web platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Being accountable for the workforce.
  • Developing an effective and efficient operational process strategy that fits with local processes and the market as well as continuously working on process optimization.
  • Managing the team and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Analyzing profit and lost activity as well as managing business expenses.
  • Working closely with the Operations Director and the regional team.
  • Leading projects to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only.
  • Operational management experience in a Delivery business or E-commerce.
  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Age between 25-40 years old.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive team members.
  • Good at building successful business relationships.
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.
  • Open-minded, with a positive personality.
