- Being accountable for the workforce.
- Developing an effective and efficient operational process strategy that fits with local processes and the market as well as continuously working on process optimization.
- Managing the team and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Analyzing profit and lost activity as well as managing business expenses.
- Working closely with the Operations Director and the regional team.
- Leading projects to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Operational management experience in a Delivery business or E-commerce.
- Good command of English is a must.
- Age between 25-40 years old.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive team members.
- Good at building successful business relationships.
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.
- Open-minded, with a positive personality.
