Our client provides warehouse rental services and partners with the construction business.The company is now seeking a highly motivated and suitable candidate to join them in the position of Personal Assistant.
- Reporting to and supporting the CEO.
- Maintaining daily appointments and travel schedules for management.
- Conducting all secretarial duties.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Performing general administrative tasks.
- Liaising with customers together with the executive.
- Preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Responding to emails and correspondence.
- Female, age 25 to 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years experience as a secretary or personal assistant.
- Pleasant personality.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Very good computer skills, especially MS Word, PowerPoint & Photoshop.
