Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies. They explore, produce and market oil and natural gas. They are now seeking an experienced person for the position of Personal Assistant.
- Developing presentations for internal and external use.
- Scheduling appointments, updating and coordinating with all concerned parties in order to arrange meetings.
- Preparing, scheduling and maintaining a diary of appointments for the manager, organizing meetings as required.
- Organizing and booking flights, hotels and meeting rooms (including lunch and dinner reservations) for board meetings, both locally and overseas.
- Maintaining and developing physical and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate and speedy retrieval of required documentation and reports.
- Organizing cars, vans and drivers for the manager and for visitors as required for business purposes.
- Translating all Thai documents and correspondence into English and English into Thai.
- Coordinating with Joint Venture Partners.
- Age not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Coordinator or related position.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good personality and ability to work well with others
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
