Job Description


  • Developing quality plans by conducting hazard and risk analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
  • Establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, implementing corrective actions and verification procedures.
  • Monitoring inventory.
  • Maintaining and improving product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance audits.
  • Investigating customer complaints, collaborating with other management to develop new products, engineering designs and manufacturing and training methods.
  • Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, including failed processes, stabilities studies, recalls, corrective actions and re-validations.
  • Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Setting-up a training plan to build a Right First Time (RFT) Quality mindset at all staff levels.
  • Following-up and supporting customer quality activities and projects.
  • Serving as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Performing root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Analysing customer product specifications to establish efficient, cost-effective requirements for ease of manufacture and reproducibility.
  • Developing process certification standards and assisting in process certification.
  • Overseeing calibration and testing programs as per timeline plans.
  • Following-up and participating in internal and external quality audits as per timeline plans.
  • Interfacing with suppliers and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and ensuring effective corrective action is implemented.
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor


  • Male or female, age at least 30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in manufacturing or QA.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a QA Manager in the garment industry.
  • Working Monday-Saturday
  • Willing and able to working at the Vietnam or Cambodia factory.
