Our client is a well-known luxury fashion and cosmetics brand. The company is now searching for a suitable candidate for the position of Quality Control and After Sales Service Manager.
- Ensuring the quality control of all merchandise sold in fashion boutiques.
- Ensuring the quality control and ultimate service of after sales service.
- Reporting and coordinating with CAP and Paris QC department on all matters linked to quality of merchandise.
- Coordinating repairs in both Thailand and Europe
- Ordering and managing all spare parts inventory (fashion, watches, and fine jewellery).
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in after sales service and/or product quality control field.
- At least 2 years at the managerial level.
- Deep interest in relationships with clients, highly service oriented.
- Good communication skills to clearly inform, help and advise customers.
- Active listening skills to understand exactly what customers require.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy at all times.
- Motivational skills and the ability to supervise and lead a team.
