Company Background:

Our client is a well-known luxury fashion and cosmetics brand. The company is now searching for a suitable candidate for the position of Quality Control and After Sales Service Manager.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring the quality control of all merchandise sold in fashion boutiques.
  • Ensuring the quality control and ultimate service of after sales service.
  • Reporting and coordinating with CAP and Paris QC department on all matters linked to quality of merchandise.
  • Coordinating repairs in both Thailand and Europe
  • Ordering and managing all spare parts inventory (fashion, watches, and fine jewellery).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in after sales service and/or product quality control field.
  • At least 2 years at the managerial level.
  • Deep interest in relationships with clients, highly service oriented.
  • Good communication skills to clearly inform, help and advise customers.
  • Active listening skills to understand exactly what customers require.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy at all times.
  • Motivational skills and the ability to supervise and lead a team.
