Our client is an independent upstream oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Asia and Africa. Our client creates value by finding resources and monetizing them at the appropriate time. They now require aReceptionist to join their successful operation.
- Welcoming all visitors and customers with a pleasing attitude.
- Scheduling and organising the pool drivers.
- Answering, transferring and screening all incoming calls as appropriate.
- Receiving and distributing internal and external mail.
- Managing meeting room reservations and making appropriate meeting arrangements; refreshments, catering and such like.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, such as applying for roaming packages, booking air tickets and making hotel reservations.
- Being responsible for ordering office supplies, stationery and refreshments.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
- Thai nationality, Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Having experience in driver coordination will be an advantage.
- Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to multitask.
- PC literacy in MS office.
