Our client is an international property development company. It has four core property businesses; residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial.
- Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries and couriers.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Performing other clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- At least 2-3 years’ work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
- Customer service attitude.
