- Managing and planning recruitment assignments.
- Screening applications, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Liaising with customers.
- Compiling advertisements in English and coordinating with English language newspapers and consultants.
- Conducting research for projects.
- Achieving monthly recruitment targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales or related fields.
- Sales orientated person and able to achieve recruitment targets.
- Mature and responsible with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Good command of English.
