  • Managing a recruitment team and achieving targets.
  • Establishing recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Managing and controlling recruitment systems and processes.
  • Handling recruitment assignments including screening applications, interviewing and short-listing candidates.
  • Searching for qualified candidates as per customer requirements.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews, tests and other related activities.
  • Preparing recruitment budgets.
  • Developing recruitment methods to attract job applicants.


  • Thai nationality, aged between 27-32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role from a recruitment business or related type of service business and having at least 1 year of experience at the management level.
  • Mature person with a positive attitude and strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
  • Able to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English.
  • Strong computer skills especially relating to MS Office.
