Job Description


The successful candidate will report directly to the Expatiate Operations Manager and working closely with Team at headquarter in Sweden will be responsible for the following key functions:

  • Responsible for automation assembly cells according to layout drawings, assembly drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials).
  • Responsible for installation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components with installation of company designed mechanical and software upgrades.
  • Updating documentations as required and provide feedback to project manager.
  • Maintaining high quality standards and high level of professionalism.
  • Instructing customer in the use of company equipment in classroom and shop environment.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and programming problems in a variety of conditions.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, vendors, and company team members.
  • Preparing automation cells for shipment in a manner that prevents shipping damage.
  • Interfacing company products to a variety of machine tools and related equipment.
  • Responsible for complete service reports, installation reports in a clear and timely fashion.
  • Responsible to load PLC programs as instructed.
  • Responsible to set frequency drives as instructed.
  • Responsible to create and debug Rapid programs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization of company facilities, maintaining clean work environment at company and also at the customer worksite.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner at company and customer sites following customer safety protocols.


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3- 5 years’ with experience in machining, electrical repair or mechanical repair.
  • Good command of English, computer literacy and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC’s.
  • Experience in Industrial robot is preferable.
  • Have passion and desire to learn and make a difference in the organization.
  • To be a Team player, along with good communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record, ability to legally operate a personal or company vehicle.

  • Able to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50lbs, stooping, climbing, bending.
  • Willing to work flexible hours to satisfy customer needs
  • Ability to present themselves a professional manner at all times.
