Job Description

Company Background:

Our client is a manufacturer and seller of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride. The company is now looking for highly motivated candidate to apply for the position of Sales Administrator. 

Job Description:

  • Support the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client
  • Prepare quotations/POs, invoices and packing list and support sales orders
  • Process invoices, chase up overdue payments and monitor ongoing orders
  • Generate client leads, increase the number of customers, respond to client queries and prepare sales documentation
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Prepare sales reports and client records
  • Act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office
  • Coordinate with all departments
  • Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to the master list, clarifying unclear items and recommending alternatives
  • Verify stock and schedule deliveries
  • Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices, obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items and obtain approval from the requisitioning department
  • Monitor and expedite purchase orders to suppliers
  • Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered and resolve any shipment errors with suppliers
  • Provide documentation for authorizing payment
  • Take care of sales administration, purchasing, stock control and deliveries 

Qualifications: 

  • Thai nationality, female/male, aged 25 - 30 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in sales administration, purchasing, stock control, deliveries or other related area
  • Good customer care skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills: MS Office, PowerPoint
  • An ability to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Have knowledge of customs procedures will receive special consideration
