  • Managing regional manpower plan for instance shop.
  • Managing manpower allocation, manpower requisition and headcount plan for sales promoter, retail supervisor and city manager.
  • Working closely with field force team to analyse staff performance and productivity of responsible region.
  • Working closely with retail innovation team to manage construction and furniture plan and to request, update status, consolidate information and routinely report to relevant parties.
  • Working closely with retail marketing team to manage POSM, shop decorations, sales promotions, premium and other materials.
  • Managing POSM requests and plan, updating status, consolidating information and routinely reporting to relevant parties.
  • Working closely with retail marketing team to manage in-store promotional plans, premium gifts and other material plans; requisitioning and summarizing required reports.
  • Working closely with training team to set up training plan and agenda and facilitate meetings conducted in region.
  • Managing the regional operational jobs, for instance conducting and setting up retail supervisor morning meetings, recording the schedule of routine meetings of product consultants and retail supervisors at shop front and preparing summary reports of the meetings; consolidating the reports and updating the regional managers and relevant parties.


  • Aged not over 33 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a sales coordinator.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and/or Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker; able to solve problems and manage conflicts constructively.
  • Service minded and cooperative.
  • A good team player with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
