  • Being responsible for overall aspects of the sales functions; modern trade and dealer (TT) including key account management.
  • Managing and driving the sales team towards the company’s target and delivering on objectives.
  • Developing greater market share and profitability.
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customers.
  • Identifying marketplace trends and opportunities for planning and to create a competitive advantage.
  • Directing and recommending sales activities to achieve the company’s revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Analyzing and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team for planning and arranging marketing activities with retailers.
  • Providing guidance & suggestions, coaching and training to the team members.
  • Creating good relationships with wholesalers and retailers and ensuring that partnership program is implemented as per plan.
  • Overseeing product training and merchandising.

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, aged 42 - 48 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales management
  • Experience in the Modern Trade and with dealers
  • Experience in the Traditional Trade 
  • Able to work as a team member and interact effectively with line management
  • Strong leadership & analytical skills, results-driven and possess initiative
  • Have good interpersonal, adaptability and negotiation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English with computer proficiency
