Our client is a leading international provider of comfortable and well-designed footwear products. Due to their current sales expansion, they are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join and manage their sales team.
- Maximizing the impact of assortment range and visual merchandising displays.
- Driving customer sales and service levels as well as promotional and pricing effectiveness.
- Developing and executing differentiated retail strategies.
- Driving the formulation and execution of annual sales plans for each key account customer.
- Developing and maintaining close relationships with key customer contacts.
- Monitoring stock movement trends closely and providing feedback to the Supply Chain Manager to optimise inventory management.
- Male or female, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Strong leadership and good communication skills.
- Experience of managing teams.
- Able to travel and work outside of Bangkok
