  • Responsible for the development and performance of Food & Beverage segment sales activities in Thailand in accordance with cluster SEA strategies

  • Directing a sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

  • Supporting global key account management in terms of strategy alignment and localization as well as support in cross-border projects.

  • Identifying, selecting, managing and growing national key accounts through key account management and developing key account plan for top and targeted accounts.

  • Supporting solution sales growth through electrical automation and process automation businesses

  • Being responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Engineers

  • Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.

  • Recruiting, testing and hiring Sales Engineers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

  • Conducting performance review of subordinates

  • Making regular joint visits to customers with the Sales Team to provide product coaching

  • Initiating market communication activities in collaboration with the marketing team.




  • Male or female, aged over 32 years old.
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Automation industry with at least 3 years of experience at the management level.

  • Experience in the Food industry will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills, proactive person with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
