- Ensuring profitable growth and improving working capital management in the territory to achieve and exceed associated plans.
- Maintaining and growing market share in current key segments.
- Implementing value addition programs, key account management and channel management.
- Strengthening the Company’s brand by tailoring marketing strategies and through excellent customer support by offering the most effective solutions and services by customer segment.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to the team and providing regular positive and constructive feedback for ensuring target achievement and customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with functional departments to ensure effective customer service / consumer requirements.
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Must have minimum of 6 years’ of Sales Management.
- Age between 35-40 years old.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a ‘people person’)
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must be a strong closer.
- Good command in English.
