  • Managing sales activities for assigned markets (Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam) through dealer channels and project development.
  • Identifying and updating on market opportunities and defining appropriate sales approach.
  • Maintaining the existing customer base and finding new dealers / customers on an on-going basis.
  • Developing dealer channel network in assigned territories in regards to all aspects.
  • Providing monthly sales management pipeline reports and comprehensive sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly or/and annual basis.
  • Providing periodic reports to management that summarize current trends in the local market, customer partnerships and alliances, regional industry economic indicators and the competitive situation.
  • Developing dealers’ staff in terms of product and technical knowledge by conducting and leading product training and creating sales tools for them.
  • Leading Spec-in activities and collaborating with the technical department until completing the tender or decision making process in order to meet end-users’ application requirements.
  • Solving problems by coordinating with internal staff from other departments and the customers.
  • Secure long-term development and strengthening customer relationships by visiting dealers and customers to discuss their requirements on a regular basis.
  • Facilitating collection of overdue payments on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring forecasted sales are achieved by initiated sales program and agreed promotions.


  • Male, aged 37 - 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in sales functions of kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers or other kitchen appliances.
  • Considerable and broad experience in a sales role in a business-to-business environment and/or service sectors.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record of key account management at the senior management level, developing and building profitable relationships and influencing senior decision makers.
  • Experience in dealership development on training, campaign or sales programs
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to travel both overseas and domestically when required.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
