- Preparing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans and successfully executing these to achieve annual targets.
- Building relationships and understanding customer trends.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implementing national sales programs and field sales action plans.
- Maintaining sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Completing operational requirements by scheduling work and assigning team members.
- Following up on work results.
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- Counseling, monitoring and appraising job results of sales staff.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- 30-40 years old with at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years plus sales or marketing experience in any services business.
- Good command of English.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills.
- Having experience of coaching and monitoring a team
