The Sales Manager will report directly to General Manager in Thailand and Expat Manager in Singapore.
- Identify Finished Tyre suppliers and develop robust sales plans, utilizing input from market knowledge and global sales companies
- Leverage working relationships with key people in accounts and/or channel partners at all levels.
- Qualify prospects, analyse sales potential, and then prioritize high-return opportunities for further attention.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional sub-team e.g. R&D, Sales and Supply Chain to build sales cases and develop robust sales plans.
- Develop accountable forecasts, then track performance and adjust plans as needed.
- Minimum 10 years in Automotive industry
- Minimum 6 years of Automotive (Finished Tyres) Sales Experience
- Knowledgeable on the existing packaging for Finished Tyres
- Dynamic, Hands-on Action Oriented individual
