  •  Being responsible for group key account clients, focusing on modern trade and department stores.
  • Being in charge of the overall management of wholesale and modern trade accounts and delivering key business indicators (sales, marketing, finance, operations) in line with the company’s overall strategies.
  • Monitoring the client’s sales performance, P&L, inventory, and data collection.
  • Analyzing and preparing a sales plan and sales forecasts.
  • Leading all sales team activities to achieve KPIs.
  • Managing operations processes to ensure perfection in outlet execution.
  • Developing account relationships and issue management through Key Account Managers in all areas.
  • Initiating key account management and sales strategies to maintain and increase sales volume in the modern trade markets.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with major clients and merchandisers.
  • Monitoring, managing, responding to and supporting customer requirements to ensure that products and services meet their highest satisfaction.
  • Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to fix their problems.
  • Being responsible for managing, enhancing and strengthening business partnerships with the largest accounts in all areas, from Head Office Senior Managers to Store Level Managers, and all supporting functions.
  • Leading and overseeing the development and implementation of account business plans / business reviews, marketing activity plans and programmes in line with the company’s account objectives.
  • Creating and managing annual trading term agreements and handling negotiations.
  • Overseeing the development of new merchandising initiatives and activations in a wholesale environment.
  • Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager and Country Head of Business Operations.
  • Displaying leadership characteristics in the management of direct reports, and enabling the best use of human and material resources to achieve results.


  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in wholesale / group key account management in Modern-Trade, Retail and Department Store channels, with a good achievement record.
  • A background in the sportswear / fashion industry will be an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Ability to influence others, deliver presentations and respond to questions from groups of middle to senior managers (customers).
  • Good negotiation skills with a strong personality.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Able to firmly understand, manage and optimize the usage of quantitative and qualitative data (sales, financial and market data) from various sources.
  • Good computer abilities; Excel, PIVOT, etc.
  • Mature, proactive, professional and hands-on.
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally and perform well under high pressure and high expectations.
