Job Description: 

  • Customer Order Management
    • Execute customer order deliveries and optimize delivery arrangements through consolidation of orders,
    • Review and prioritize by closely coordinating with related parties including plant, sales and logistics.
    • Ensure smooth and effective delivery arrangements in accordance with customer and governance requirements, in line with the plant's inventory management strategy.
  • Strategic Sourcing
    • Execute sourcing plans/activities for products through identified sources and collaborate with suppliers and customers.
    • Highlight to superiors/traders any product shortage situation to take appropriate actions.
  • Management of Trade Accounts Receivable
    • Evaluate, recommend and manage the credit extension to customers
    • Ensuring that payment collection targets are achieved on time and that the business transactions are done.
    • Approving limits in order to facilitate sales transactions as per company policies and procedures.
  • Logistics and Transport Management
    • Design work instructions and monitor database for inventory, shipment/trucking schedules and any other databases required for the department.
    • Manage transaction files and other files and ensure all documents are arranged and correct for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
    • Establish delivery optimization plan for sales operations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in  technical/ science fields  or business/marketing/finance-related fields.
  • Male / female, aged 27-35 years old
  • Minimum 5 years working with exposure to marketing / trading / plant / logistics / operations
  • Previous work experience in a chemical/petrochemical business is preferred.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Good team player across departments.
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure due to demands of work.
  • Willing to travel upcountry frequently and prepared to work long and irregular hours.
