Our client is a leading global warehouse and logistics service provider. They are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them in the position of Senior Customer Service Executive (Import-Export).
- Being responsible for documents such as relating to imports - exports, shipping, damage claims, etc.
- Coordinating with shipping.
- Coordinating with the head office in Singapore.
- Working Mon-Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Thai nationality with Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing & logistics, import & export, trading or other related area.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of using ERP program such as Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Good English communication skill.
