Our client is a manufacturer of quality glassware, appreciated by domestic and commercial customers. They are seeking a suitable person to join their HR team.
- Managing salary administration and benefit payment processes, including checking time and attendance and overtime calculations.
- Managing employee relations and staff welfare matters, particularly in relation to company benefits.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of required government reports, such as Social Security and Workmen Compensation.
- Assisting line managers to develop and implement compensation & benefits and other HR related processes.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science or a related field.
- Male or female, age 23-27 years old.
- At least 4 years of work experience in HR.
- Computer literate in all MS Office applications.
- Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
