Job Description


  • Overseeing and providing an oversight on team members.
  • Investigating the possible root causes of instabilities and providing advice on necessary corrective measures.
  • Monitoring the complaint handling initial escalation routines.
  • Coordinating the Global Complaint Management System. 

Quality Process Control:

  • Setting the objectives for the QA department associated with accountability to encourage quality improvement.
  • Implementing and regularly monitoring actual performance against targets, correcting any problems and identifying solutions for improvement purposes.
  • Ensuring quality objectives to achieve related targets and planning each QA process associated with accountability from beginning until end.
  • Verifying the systems associated with implementation and monitoring on a daily basis to ensure all processes are in compliance with customer requirements and the company standards.
  • Supervising QA issues and processes on a day to day basis to ensure that any required changes to procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Managing associated resources to ensure that procedures are implemented effectively. 

Quality Procedures:

  • Reviewing quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications and production schedules to determine methods of conducting inspections and tests.
  • Ensuring appropriate procedures are in place in relation to quality assurance.
  • Providing support to subordinates in relation to their day to day work, including assisting them with work and projects.
  • Directing workers in terms of quality assurance inspections and testing to ensure established and regulatory standards are met.
  • Assisting the internal and external auditors in relation to the performance of their functions in each area in the Company.
  • Preparing guidelines for internal and external audits for relevant departments to ensure effective audit results. 


  • Bachelor of Food Sciences, Food Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years working in a quality assurance function in a meat or frozen processing plant with at least 5 years at management level.
  • Experience establishing procedures, performance quantifications, monitoring systems, record keeping, and all related documentation.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills and knowledge.
