Our client is a leading global telecommunication solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services and terminals. They now require a Senior Recruiter.
- Meeting with Line Manager to develop key talents recruiting plans and recruitment strategy. Implementing end to end process of key talents recruitment: get headcount requirement, manage job posting, screen CVs, arrange candidate interviews, design and negotiate offers and track the on boarding process
- Conducting market insights, generating talent mapping and keeping in contact with key talents
- Being responsible for recruitment channel management
- Refining and deploying digital media
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years headhunting or recruitment working experience in ICT or IT company
- Deep background and understanding of talent mapping and acquisition
- Proficiency in English is a must. A mastering of the Chinese language is preferred.
- This position will be based in Thailand but familiarity with SEA talent market is preferred
