- Overseeing overall recruitment processes to ensure that the vacancy will be placed in a timely manner.
- Handling recruitment assignments including screening applicants, interviewing candidates and short-listing candidates.
- Handling recruitment planning.
- Sending a shortlist of candidates to line manager.
- Ensuring that the company’s staffing requirements are met.
- Contacting a recruitment agency.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in recruiting.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer proficiency.
