Our client is a global diversified technology and multi industrial leader serving a wide range of customers in more than 150 countries. They are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Sales Engineer.
- Being responsible for the sales of equipment and products (HVAC & Refrigeration) across Thailand.
Preparing and issuing tenders and proposals to customers incorporating accurate cost estimation.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Partnering with other sales team members, contractors and owners from assigned accounts.
- Seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
- Referring leads to other business segments.
- Utilizing applicable sales tools to plan and document progress.
- Building and applying knowledge of competitor business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate and become the preferred supplier.
- Addressing customer objectives, needs and requirements, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Keeping managers informed of changes in the market place, applying knowledge of competitor products and business methods to favorably differentiate company products.
- Representing the company to customers with a professional appearance, maintaining consistent communication with customers, as well as establishing long-term relationships with them.
- Focusing on large, more complex opportunities and meeting a significant sales target.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Sales role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
