Job Description

  • Designing a Training Road Map based on job requirements to accomplish the company goals.
  • Designing and setting up work flow for training systems & developing the standard format required ensuring a user friendly and value added system.
  • Conducting job evaluation surveys.
  • Liaising with line managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • Delivering/overseeing the delivery of training to individuals or groups of employees.
  • Implementing and advising about, and monitoring appraisal schemes.
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes.
  • Performing problem analysis including methodological techniques to identify the root cause and suggested correction plan.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • Male/female, aged between 28 - 35 years old.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in an HRD, activity and training field.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Good service mind, team-oriented and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
