Our client is a worldwide automotive parts (tires) manufacturer, distributor and retailer. They now need a highly motivated person with the technical skills for the position of Technical Service Manager.
- Determine and establish local warranty and complaint handling procedures.
- Ensure that inspections for tires returned under warranty meet company standards.
- Ensure qualified resolution of technical and product related questions from users.
- Consult local sales a marketing organizations for technical aspects.
- Provide “on-site” field-engineering support for warranty and technical services.
- Evaluate and summarize performance reporting to competitors.
- Build up, train and lead a national customer service team, covering all relevant sales territories of China.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience in the tire industry.
- Experience participating in product development projects or on a product improvement task force.
- Good command of English.
