Job Description


Our client provides many types of insurance to customers and is well-known for its excellent services. Due to its expansion, they are seeking a new team member to join their business in the position of Telemarketing Trainer.

Job Description:

  • Providing training programs for the Telemarketing department, focusing on selling skill and soft skills e.g. sales service, complaint management. Also providing induction for newcomers training, additional & off-site training for existing staff and special training upon request
  • Designing and developing efficient training tools kit, including presentation, training materials and test
  • Facilitating and arranging all necessary equipment and materials relating to effective training delivery
  • Preparing weekly and monthly training reports


  • Male/ female, aged 25-32 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related fields
  • Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills with an outstanding personality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training functions and experienced in sales training
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Versatile in using MS Office programs with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fast learner and proactive person
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skill
