Khun Risara began her career within PRTR in 2002, initially as a Recruitment Consultant before being quickly promoted to Recruitment Manager. At the time, PRTR employed 30 staff supplying mainly executive recruitment services and outsourcing out of one office in Bangkok. Khun Risara identified a market for low to mid-level database recruitment and began to build a team to service this range of candidate. Due to Khun Risara’s hard work and determination, she built a very successful recruitment division which provided PRTR with the stability to grow into other areas of business. In 2005, Khun Risara was promoted to be a Director within the company and continued her fast rise with the start-up of a new division, PRTR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), in 2008, and finally moving into a new office in 2010 to fulfill her ambitions for this company. Due to the continued success and Khun Risara’s emergence as a shrewd, strong and extremely capable business owner she was promoted to the top job in PRTR as Managing Director in 2012, replacing the founder of the company Mr. Richard Bennett.
