We are proud to be a part of and support the “Step to Start ก้าวนี้ที่ใช่ทางนี้ที่ชอบ” activity, held under the Women in STEM project, a commendable initiative led by Kenan Foundation Asia. This initiative took place at the Phumantra Resort in Nakhon Nayok Province on March 23-24, 2024.
The “Step to Start” activity aimed to empower female vocational students pursuing careers in engineering and logistics fields. The program welcomed 64 participants from various technical colleges across Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, and Rayong provinces.
Throughout the event, students engaged in activities designed to:
- Build self-confidence
- Develop a growth mindset
- Enhance communication skills
- Establish strong career goals
